We designed this sofa to embody the feeling of the three cultural philosophies below: 

​

• Lo Struscio: An Italian practice of slow-living. Italians believe that slowing down has the potential to not only improve but also transform one's life for the better. At its core, it is about finding the beauty in everyday life, without a sense of urgency of what is to come next.

• Wabi-Sabi: The Japanese philosophy of a way of life that values contentment and simplicity.

​

• Hygge: The Scandinavian practice which embraces comfort, coziness, and well-being. ​​​​
