Furniture Purchases​

​

Is shipping free on all furniture?​

No, we do not offer free shipping on furniture. Our furniture is typically delivered through a white glove delivery​ service. Depending on location, we may use a local mover (whom we've worked with for years, know, and trust).

​

As for the mirrors: depending on the size, we may ship via UPS/FedEx. However, this will be up to the discretion of the purchaser.

You may email us to inquire about a shipping quote before any purchase. Once approved, place your order, and you will receive a separate invoice for shipping. 

​

Will you arrange shipping?​

Yes, as our furniture is made-to-order, we will email you upon completion to arrange a delivery window with you. We will be in contact with the shipper and you. We will also provide you with a shipping reference number so that if you would like to check on shipping yourself, you may also do so.

Does your furniture come upholstered in the fabric shown?​

No. The fabric shown is for our product shoots. All upholstery furniture is COM (Customers Own Material). 

​

What if we wanted the same fabric shown in the product shots?​

You may email us and inquire about the original fabric. If the original fabric is in-stock, and not discontinued: we will send you a separate invoice for fabric.

Art & Collaboration Purchases​

Is the Trade Discount applicable on Art?​

No. As of now, we do not offer the Trade Discount for Art or Collaborations. 

​

Can we choose a different color for the Art?​

These are taken on as a case by case basis.

​

Is the lead time really as long as it says it is?

We extend our lead times for up to 18 weeks to cushion the time-frame. Depending on our current production lineup, there is a good chance the lead time could be earlier than 8 weeks.
